You don't say which country you are from, and your profile doesn't indicate this as well. If you hold a passport eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, then you may not be able to travel under the VWP. That is, you may need to apply for and obtain a tourist visa. Best to check with the US Embassy in your country if this would be necessary in your case.

For foreigners, the only document they tend to accept for this is your passport.

Smiler,
You got the right advice from Rob. It simply is not worth the risk of flying to the US only to be turned away because of a minor ofense back home. Find out from the US embassy if you need a visa to visit. I am going to assume you were born in 1985, so you are over 21. The hotels/casinos do check anyone they think may not be 21. You should care your passport anytime you will be in the casinos or going to the shows.

If you are going to use the TP forum as a resource, you might want to add more detail to your profile. It will help those TP members that will try to answer your questions if they know at bit more about you. Good Luck to you.
