I have them with only a week left till i head out. Everything is is over, college is over, friends are away, everything i need for my trip is bought and laying next to my bag. Oh how i am missing the crazyness that has been my life in the last few weeks.

As soon as you step off the plane, boat, train it will start again!!

Stick to busy hotels for a while if feeling blue by yourself.

Enjoy being free!!

Never knew there was such a thing! Look forward with excitement, do some research and daydreaming at the places you'll be visiting, enjoy eating home cooked meals and party with family and friends as you'll be spending a lot of time without them!

Ha, i was actually gonna write a similar post this morning.

I have 33 days until i bugger off (19 more work days ) and it feels like it is dragging so much. Every morning when me and my girlfriend wake up, we always remind each other that we only have a few more weeks to endure and will soon be out of the rain and cold, and hopefully on a beach in the sun very soon.

Even though we can not wait to leave we are getting a little anxious and nervous about leaving our 'secure' day-to-day routine and feel the stress is the motivation to work is rapidly going down.

We are just starting to tie up loose ends like cancelling standing orders, buying insurance and saying good bye to all our friends and family.

But yeh, i can defiantly relate to the pre-departure blues.........feels like a life time until i leave.

Yea can deffinatly relate. It's only lately that this has been happening as i was up to my eye balls in coursework and work so it was really in the back of my mind for about 4 weeks. But now that everything has finished and it's so close i am really nervous but so excited at the same time.
