So i need to figure this out. Should i buy a years worth of Travel Insurance for 425 CAD and use my Canadian passport, or pay 225 for my British passport and use the reciprocal Medicare card. Is the reciprocal agreement sufficient or simply subsidized?
Even with a Medicare card under the Reciprocal Healthcare Agreement (between UK & Australia) you should also have full travel insurance.
where in the world are you getting a years' worth of travel insurance for 425cad?!?!
Why is this a good price or bad l ol???? I got the quite from TIC. (Travel Insurance Canada) full coverage. Even if i break a leg while sky diving.
haha, sorry, not a bad exclamation. the lowest i found was for 300 for 6 months. i must check that out... (thanks!!)
So this TIC insurance looks like an amazing deal. 490$ for a year at this point.
Whats the catch?!
It all looks good to me.
