I want to alert my fellow members to a night of bondage and fetish performances @ The Abbey Pub in Chicago on Sarturday, the 29th of June, hosted by none other than Mistress Xena.

A flyer appeared in in my mailbox all the way from Chicago, Illinois advising me of this particular establishment and it's night of festivities, entertainment and cruciform injections. Unfortunately, I'll be 20,000 miles away and won't be able to make it.

If you are in the area, be sure to drop by. If you need a place to crash afterwards, look out for the faded sign by the side of the road that says 15 miles to the Love Shack. Simply bang bang on the door baby and Isa will make you up a place to sleep. But keep in mind that you'll be wearin' next to nothing cause it's hot as an oven. Well, that's according to the most recent alcoholic, postcard-writing guest.

Oh, I wish I was at Isa Manor having a few drinks and talking to people that I've never met.

Glitter on the mattress, glitter on the highway, glitter on the front porch, glitter on the hallway, empty beer bottles everwhere else......

Oh James - Mistress Xena had a special place for you in the audience too. She'll be so disappointed that you can not attend her party. Did you RSVP?

As you have seen, we included only the best of the best for your reading pleasure too. We know how much you like the "unique" things in life so we scoured the city for the perfect adverts. We may have spent a whole 30 seconds deciding which ones would work and which were too tame.

As for the Love Shack - the guest room as been straightened up already and awaiting the next visitor. Okay, no one has volunteered to show up, but there's still hope... The beer, rum, vodka and JD bottles have all been put in the recycling bin so you won't trip on the stairs. (See, we try to be ecologically responsible and recycle our empties.) Are you allergic to cats? We've glittered them too so they are pleasing to look at and also glow in the dark. (Just so you don't trip over them either - they hate being punted down the stairs in the middle of the night.) Also, the weather has changed a bit. It has been sunny all week and temps have stayed around 24C (75F) during the day and 1C (55F) at night. You may need your blankie...

We'll be sure to tell Mistress Xena about your disappointment and missing the cruciform injections. I'm sure she'll understand. Then again, maybe not and she'll be showing up at your door for a little discipline action.

Oh, I was hoping for tickets to see Peter, Paul and Scary! I'm imagining fang-toothed Peter plucking away on a red two-string guitar, with Paul accompanying him on a vintage Bloodocaster and Scary howling away at the moon in the background. Good times!

We're in for storms here, so I may pack my leather chaps and the two bottles of Oyster Bay I've been saving and head down to Nowhere to pitch tent and wait for the next party. I don't do cruciforms but I could probably muster up a high-heel stomping or two.

There's still a jigger of Jack left - isn't that enough?? Okay, okay, we'll go on a liquor run...

We'll try to make a stop at the "Adult Store" too. Who needs equipment?

That's hilarious. I always thought wonkerer was a bloke (similar name to wankerer I guess) and I just checked her profile and it's a bird!

Then again, I always thought Mikey was a bloke and then I checked her photos and realised I mistaken (and sober).
