I would like to do some seasonal work from Dec - Feb inclusive so that I can get my 2nd yr Visa. Im heading to central and south am in March nxt year before I start my 2nd year here so my question is, how possible is it to save some money (ie around 200-250 dollars a week)

I dont mind working 6 day weeks / 10 hour days.

Iv been looking through some sites and the wages are generally from 14 - 17 dollars ph. Am i correct in saying that I will only get taxed 13% on this?

Can anyone recommend any place to do seasonal work from Dec to Feb? I have lots of websites with lots of recommendations but id prefer to hear peoples experieces. Id prefer to do it on the east coast (Vic, QLD or NSW). Iv been told that Mildura in VIC is a good place to work.

Thanks in advance
