Hi Everyone

Just wanted to find out if anyone has been with easy riders ? I googled and found 2 different websites - not sure which one is best.

Also do you get time to lets stop and take photos and do you really get to see the real Vietnam?

Would it be a problem to go with large rucksack?

Thanks

Mimi

Hi Mimi

I did this about 18 months ago. It was so much fun and I saw and learned so much about Vietnam. The guys we had stopped all the time to show us stuff and tell us things. I did a 4 day trip into the central highlands and ended in HCMC having gone to the chu chi tunnels. They just strap your rucksack on to the back of the bike and off you go!

Go for it and have a ball!:)

Thanks Roni. We were wondering about stopping because my hubby is a keen photographer and hates it if he doesn't have time to take pics lol.

Do you happen to have the link to this company because like I said before I came across 2 different websites and am not sure which one is best. Both have easy riders in their web address.

Also how much did that trip cost?

Mimi,
I was quoted $50/day when I chatted with the Easy Rider guys I met. There are several groups of them. I met most of them at the Peace Cafe, next door to the Peace Hotel on Truong Cong Dinh St. The 'real' Easy Riders have to wear a uniform, blue or leather jacket, logo & website on the patch.
Here is the official website

I don't think you need to book anything beforehand. There are plenty of these guys around and you may want to chat with them before committing to a tour. You will find a guide once there, there is not a shortage of them. Send me a PM if you have questions.
