Oh, that's really heavy to choose

Florence is amazing, so much to see, cant be missed!
but i love Siena that much!...
They both on the way between Roma to Venice.. but ummmm.....

i want to add to all that said here:
Siena is smaller - 1 full day ( 2nights) - it's enough to see it all.
For Florence need at least 3-4 full days,
2 days (or less?) - it's definatelly not enough.

wish you happy trip
and every choice you will do - you win

Florence. Hands down. Florence, Florence, Florence. Siena is sort of interesting, but next to Florence, it's nothing. I spent three weeks in Florence in April and fell in love with the city. I would recommend contacting Ana and Lorenzo at for lodging options.

You should see the Uffizi, go to Fiesole, visit Piazza Michelangelo, and walk all around the area surrounding il Duomo. A walk through Boboli Garden is well worth your time as well.
