4 choices.

1) Train - Eurostar from London St. Pancras Station to Paris Nord. for prices, times et. al.

2) Fly - Lots of airlines doing the route. Check Ryanair, BMI, Air France, British Airways, etc. for prices.

3) Train & Boat - Check out the website Man in Seat 61 for details on taking the ferry from Dover to Calais, and train from there on.

4) By Car - assuming you can get a car as a foreigner and take it out of the United Kingdom (which is probably not possible), you could rent a car in London and drive to Paris. You have two choices crossing the channel - you can put your car on the train and go through the chunnel, or you can take a ferry, either a high speed hover ferry or a regular, slow ferry.

That's what I know. Others may be able to add additional detail. Personally, I like the train.

If the trains are expensive another options is the Eurolines bus, although it's a bit dodgy since you have to board a ship to get across, but hey it's cheap :P
