Cold Fruits Relieve Internal Heat
Fruits such as pears, shaddocks, oranges and tangerines can relieve coughs, reduce phlegm, moisten the lungs and help with digestion, but, if too many are eaten, they might cause indigestion, toothaches and/or yellow spots on the skin. Therefore, those who suffer from stomach ailments had better not eat them, or have just a little bit of them

How can hot tea and cold fruit do the same thing?

Weird.

Now that we've opened the door and let you in, I assume--as James mentioned--you're going to open up that big, black travelling case and show us your wares. I'll have an iced tea, please!

I thought shaddock was a fish. I've never tried to peel a shaddock. Well, I tried but the bloody thing kept flopping around so I threw it back into the lake.

Talking about fruit, I used to like bananas until my Wife told me they should be peeled. Another thing to peel...Will it never end....

My Wife bought some durian from the Chinese Grocery Store we frequent. Had never heard of it before......After she opened it up all the cats in the neighbourhood vanished. Also, I have to paint the kitchen as the paint peeled off the walls.

Then there's cantalope.....I saw them on National Geographic. Great horns and they can run really fast......

I wish I had something cold now! Bloody 33.5 degrees with 90% humidity. My plants are protesting!

Please, please, please--I don't ask this much--but please let it rain.....

I will send you some rain, Tway. After a month of no rain, we have nothing but rain. In fact, according to a news report I read today, London got a whole month's worth of rain yesterday alone, and it's just supposed to keep coming.

That being said, I like both fruit, cheese and beer.
