New photo competition: Blue theme

We've gone with a nice broad theme for our new photo competition: Blue. You can be as creative as you want with your interpretation of that theme, but be sure to upload your best photos!

As always, the winner gets a $50 Amazon voucher and a monthly photo upload boost to 200MB. Runner-up also gets the upload boost.
