Belgium Grand Prix in Spa - where to stay?

I am thinking about going to see the Belgium Grand Prix the first weekend of September. It is held at the The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Spa.

Unsurprisingly, accommodations in Spa are booked up already, and Aachen is mostly full. Any suggestions for other places - Brussels or Koln, maybe, and then taking train or bus to the race course on the day of the race?

I ended up booking a hotel in Brussels, but found this site on the racecourse website that lists hotels close to the racetrack. Hotels near Spa Francorchamps

Me, I'll be taking the train from Brussels to Verviers and grabbing a shuttle bus from there.
