Hi all,

Me and a few friends are hoping to get away to scotland in a couple months for a short break. Really want to get something out of it, and am wondering if there are any recommendations?

We are pretty liberal about what we do, whether that be a bit of adventure, or just taking in the culture. So is there anything that blew you away up there!?

- Edinburgh. Beautiful city, well worth a visit.
- Western Highlands - particularly like the Torridon area. Favourite mountain: Ben Eigh.
- Cairngorms. Lovely, and might be a bit more accessible on a short break than the western bit.
- I really really like the Isle of Eigg.

Yeah, second all of magykal recommendations(isle of eigg, there just something about that place isnt there?)
West coast alot nicer than east(in my opinion) Would travel up through glencoe, fort william and inverness if heading to ben eigh

Ok cheers guys, I think we are going to just go around edinburgh now for time and cost purposes. If things change I will be sure to look into the other suggestions!

Anything specific in/around edinburgh thats worth a look?

Cheers again,
