I really can't help too much with a camper reservation, but I did go round-trip (Stockholm-Helsinki) 25 years ago on Silja Line - a really pleasant trip - almost like a mini-cruise and I just slept in the chairs. By the way, my Eurailpass covered the fare 100%.

These are the two ferry companies, that operate between Estonia, Finland and Sweden. I looked at the pages and booking didn't look particularly complicated. If you want Viking Line you might have to make a phone call, but Silja Line works out well on a net.

Saying that you probably will manage to book those from the port too, it depends when are you travelling. If it is holiday season might be a lil more difficult. Booking beforehand obviosly gives you a peace of mind and prices sometimes are better. If you'll take over night ferry from Finland to Sweden, I would definately recommend a cabin, but during the day not necessary (you would also see much more of the gorgeous archipelago during the day)
If you have any questions about Finland just let me know. Good luck with your planning.

I don't really have a clue on the topic at the moment. However, 10 years ago we went from Stockholm to Turku on a roundtrip with Sea Wind, a ferry company that is supposed to be cheaper than Silja Line.

There's a ton of ferries between Tallinn and Helsinki daily, you can find all the timetables along with prices at www.webmarine.ee.
