Hi, about to bite the bullet and book my rtw ticket! Lowest price I have for the following is £1492- what do you think?
EDINBURGH (VIA LONDON)
EDINBURGH (via LONDON)
I have tried all the usual agents- STA, TravelMood, TravelNation, Trailfinders and got this quote from roundtheworldflights.
Any advice would be great!
If you have shopped at all those places and that's the cheapest you got, then that is about the cheapest you will get. If you are stopping in LA for more than just a transit, you should seriously consider adding another stop probably on the East Coast like going to New York especially if you haven't been to the US before.
Ive just started pricing and was down at the flight centre today they quoted me
Glasgow - london - bangcock - singapore - brisbane - aukland - LA - NY - London - Glasgow
I'm going to have a look at some other places this weekend. I'm hoping to go in Jan 09.
we just booked a RTW flight, we ended going up with travel nation, I see you had a price from them.
for £1870 each, inc £75 each booking fee and all taxes, fuel etc depart Oct 08. We have paid, so this is final price.
However ours includes: (12 month validity)

Where // represents overland sector.
YOur price is lloking good.
Booked my ticket with STA about 6 weeks ago and i think we paid about £2500
Glasgow - London - Tokyo - Cairns - Ayres Rock - Sydney - Auckland - Santiago (overland) Rio - Miami - LA - London - Glasgow.
