In the middle of winter, most of Spain will be mild and probably cloudy, possibly drizzly, and maybe even rainy. The exception could be Andalucia if you're lucky, so yes, Marbella is about as safe a bet as you'll get, but there's still a fair chance that it won't be that hot and sunny. The canary islands stay hot all year. |
