Hello everyone! I'm really glad I found this great forum. I am looking for people who share my love for traveling and the outdoors. All my forum collaboration up till now has been with special effects forums with all my nerdy friends.

I create a podcast called Beautiful Places In HD that can be found on iTunes as well as ON Networks. I would post a link, but the rules say don't, so I wont. :) (It's a google search away though). Please check it out and let me know of all the beautiful places in the world that I need to go to. It's such a beautiful and large world, and my dream is to go everywhere.

I am in the process of creating a couple more travel podcasts as well, and they all require some pretty extensive travel. So if anyone would like to show a guy around your neck of the woods (or city) let me know.

Great to be here.

Tony Farley

Thank you Rebecca. You certainly will see me around the forums if this greeting is any indication of the people here on the forum. It's very cool to get a couple greetings within the hour that i sign up!

Welcome Tony! As admin it's always rewarding to see some people do actually read the rules; yay!

It's me again. I have not been around for a couple weeks, but I have not been idle. I just committed to raise $25,000 for Bay Area Wilderness Training. I am climbing five major mountains for the fundraiser and will be podcasting and blogging my training, fundraising, and my climbs. This should be fun.

Hi and welcome!

What mountains have you been climbing???

I just hiked to the top of Mission Peak in Fremont. It's a small mountain close to home, but a nice steep hike and good for training. I filmed the whole thing and made the first Climb For Kids Podcast. It is now live on iTunes, but not searchable yet and not listed yet. I just posted it yesterday and it usually takes a few days to actually show up on iTunes.

Hi Tony,

I checked out your site and your video clips are amazing! They really show off the beautiful sites in the U.S.! Where have you been outside of the U.S.? One place that had a huge impact on me was Cinque Terre, Italy. I loved this place b/c it combined all my favorite things about travel: friendly locals, fantastic food, and stunning scenery (water, cliffs, and unique buildings). Highly recommended!
