Cost of bus travel in Mexico

Could someone please tell me how much it would cost to travel from Mexico city to Cancun, or to Merida?

Just to give you an idea of travel costs. Last year the cost from Tijuana to Cabo San lucas was 1,656 Pesos. the prices may have changed somewhat since then. To get to your destination you could try the following website for bus companyrates which were quoted in Mexican pesos in 2000- Hope this helps a little
