Everyone here is so lucky... I was hoping to hear "I lost my laptop post"

and to add to my list:
7. a facial wash- with whitening powers, lol!

But I am very proud of my sandals, the pair I bought in my 1st night in HK, 14 months ago.
I will FRAME this when or if I ever return home.

Almost 95% of what i had when i left home..

Twice been robbed.
First only a rucksack but that included mp3, camera..

Second stolen, out of a cheap terrible hostel in Iguazu, my whole backpack including almost everything.
Only had my clothes, mobile, wallet and myself left..

Good thing the dutch embassy was helpful enough to give me a pink emergency passport so i could get back home again.. Getting out of The Netherlands with an emergency passport isn't easy but it's possible

I was just unlucky..
No everybody who was lucky can only react on this topic!;)

2 (fake) pashimas on the Annapurna base camp trail... One memory card (in India) which i managed to recover by going back to the shop i've lost it in and buying (overpriced) things so that he'd "look for it"

I almost went crazy, I thought I lost my passport, apparently, I left it at the reception.

I lost my faith in humanity, when I lost my cellphone in KL. No, just one particular race.

I bought a very nice, multifunctional scarf in Singapore, and I later lost it in Thailand. It still bothers me.

My mom lost my drivers licence when se got robbed, but technically I didn't loose it :) "It wasn't me! "

It sounds really minor, but I lost a sock somewhere in France. The other one stayed with me the whole trip and just lay there mocking me!!
