I am going to travel next summer to China (Beijing), Tibet (Lhasa and tour), Everest camp, Nepal (Kathmandu), India (Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai). What should I pack? Should I pack all of them (warm and light clothes) or should i take the warm one and shopping the light one. I am really worry about the weight but I dont want to spend a lot of money for shopping. Please help

I know what you mean, as I have a trip planned to cold Korea and hot Thailand soon myself. Since I only take a small 30L pack, I'm planning on taking layers instead of a bulky jacket, but will this be enough? Only time will tell I guess. I could always mail the warmer clothes home?

India is your first warm country, right? Well, clothing is very cheap in India. It is even possible to get something custom fit for less than 15 USD. I would thus definitely shop for the light one.

I think that this is a solution but maybe my money is up to ending because India is one of my last stops. If this happens I' ll cut the warm clothes and making them t-shirts and shorts

Basically India is a warm country, I hope you start your journey on November, November is a rainy season in India, so take care of your dress and of course clothing is very cheap in India you can buy it easily.

Same problem here...leaving for Bhutan next week followed by Thailand. Only thing in common is that it's raining in both places!
