Maybe I am being stupid ( I am really no good with all this technical stuff) but, at the bottom of my photo page it says that featured photos will have a star next to them. I know some of my photos have been featured, but don't see no stars.

That page only loads 100 photos by default, so perhaps your featured ones are on the next page? If you hit the 'Load all Photos' link at the top, you should probably see them!

Also, these are your featured photos - which might make checking on the other page easier. On your photo management screen, the yellow star appears directly to the right of the photo square, just before the title.

Thanks for the heads up; should be fixed now along with some validation issues ;)

Thanks. (Note: it isn't yet for the https version.)

By the way, this is fixed now too :)

Ah, that was a little lacking. I've now added a link there to see your own gallery of featured photos as well.

Thankyou - still no pretty little stars, but the link is great, thanks.

At this link there won't be any pretty stars. That's just a link to your public gallery but only showing the featured photos. To see the stars in your own gallery, you'd have to use the link I posted earlier showing all your photos. That should show a full 66 featured photos!

Just tried uploading on the new system. No issues at all. Well done.

In fact the upload was super fast. Better than my own online storage provider!

I usually only upload what I plan to use in my blog, so it's not really an issue as I have storage. But now I don't have to re size is makes a life a little easier in a way, and having a second back up is always good.

BTW for future reference, what does happen when you reach 5GB? Can't upload anymore, or have to start deleting?

You'll always be able to upload photos. But the option to store the original will be removed. It will upload the file, create the smaller versions and then simply delete the original that you just uploaded. If you want to have the option to store originals again, then you would need to clear some space from the existing photos.

The way I understood it, upload will always continue to work; the only thing which happens when you reach the limit is that from then one for new uploads the original file won't be stored anymore (e.g. the largest copy of the photo which is saved on travellerspoint once the upload has completed will be 800 pixels on the longest side).

Sorry, still no stars, tried everything, maybe my antiquated system but no matter, probably me, cant even work out how to do that 'quote' thingy!
Happy that I have a link to featured photos, thats all I need!
