Pantanel tour or amazon tour from Rio de janeiro

does anyone know if you can book a tour into the panatel for several days from Rio? any recommendations on companies? how much does it cost? and did you enjoy it?

Though they are two entirley different places, is an amazon tour possible from Rio?
