Hi .... I am just wondering if there is any website or agency that specializes for quick weekend getaways .... you know .... just want to get out to some interesting place over the weekend and come back fresh to office on monday :)

Looking for some last minute travel .... not very particular about the destination as long as it is interesting ...

Any tips ?? ... Thanks in advance.

Why not just go to Paris on the Eurostar? Or perhaps catch a train to Bath or similar?

So many options!

You could try Travelzoo, they list weekly the top 20 best deals and sometimes there are weekend getaways. Or you could take advantage of some amazingly cheap flights at the moment, particularly Sky Europe (although you have to fly from Luton) or even Easyjet. Another place to look for cheap flights is the flightchecker on Money saving expert or any of the screen scrapers. Then book a hotel or hostel online. This is what I do. I can usually get away for five days for less than £100. Finally there is Last Minute . com
As James says, there are so many options. These days you could even fly to Marrakech and back in a day and still have time for lunch and shopping!

Enjoy!

Have you tried some getaways in Britain? this is my favorite thing to do at the moment whilst broke!

Try...

Northumberland (Hadrians wall), the peak district, scotland! Devon...it's not always soggy! ;)

Personally i would say Ryanair everytime!! I can never find cheaper flights anywhere else. I know they fly to airports that are bit secluded but even with transfers it still works out cheaper! The obsession i have with Ryanair is such that i am saving for RTW trip in 9 months and i have booked 4 holidays with Ryanair, being: Belfast, Dublin, Barcelona and Berlin... may be booking Sweden soon too.... all of this is under £100 total for all the flights.

Hope this makes you wanna book up lol
