Hi,

So i will be travelling across Canada next year and around May time I was going to head up to Yellowknife to see the northern lights.

I will be working in whistler untill the end of april.

I was wondering if at this time of year are the lights still clear??

Does anyone live there who has seen them at this time or has anyone elso visited them at this time of year?

I'm not in a position to reply as a resident, however many of us amateur radio operators do take advantage of aurora conditions for our communications hobby.

Here are some sources for you to monitor. A little research should give you the answers.
