I have seen all the Cirque shows and 'Ka' is special. What the performers in 'Ka' do is almost impossible to believe. Way less than 1% of the people on the planet could do what the 'Ka' cast do on a nightly basis. Tremendous athletes. I also recommend 'Love' at the Mirage for those that enjoy The Beatles music. Many of their most popular songs staged as only Cirque performers can. One of the best feel good shows in town IMO.
I do work with Cirque and they actually sent a few of us out to Vegas to see the show.
When you say you "work with Cirque", do you mean to say that you work for a company which is being paid to astroturf these things? I just noticed this comment over at boingboing, made by a very persistent astroturfer there, and it just looked so very familiar that I immediately thought of you. If I look back through your old posts, I also see this thread which you started about the same cirque du soleil show...
And hey look! Google shows that you "really enjoyed the artistic elements of the show" so much that you posted about it to a good dozen websites! And dozens more for the other thread...

For correctness' sake I should say that it looks like that first google query just shows syndicated versions of this thread (didn't realize that practice is that widespread), but the second one has so many variations by members-with-few-posts at so many different forums that I'm certain they're all you.
Well done Sander. First rate job of moderating. I was not interested enough to continue with this thread. It seems 'WalkinTall' is basically shilling for the 'Believe' show. Sounds like a promotional post to me. Your call.

No, it's Isa's call (or Sam/Peter's).
Personally I find it very effective to let a thread like this remain under the banner of name-and-shame, though. I know I'll never go see a Cirque du Soleil show in my life now because of their reprehensible marketing practices (same as I'll never get a Nomads membership card, nor a Motorola phone, nor ...).
