I am going to be traveling in Thailand and neighboring countries for Jan-Feb/March, the dates and places are still up in the air.
I attended Shambhala Music Festival in Salmo BC (near my home city). It was for Five days and four nights. It was a mix of paganism, electronic music,spirituality, and partying. Everyone camped. There were six stages which were extremly elaborate in art and set up. During the day some of these stages had spiritual teachings and activities. There was a food fair with tones to choose from. A river ran through it and it was situated in a valley between mountains.
I am wondering if anyone knows of a similar type of music festival anywhere in the general area that I mentioned above. I want to volunteer to make art and set up and things like that at a similar event.
Any information would be very much appreciated!
Also, if anyone knows about good areas (near where I mentioned above) that host full moon parties that are more authentic than what I hear of the over rated over touristy ones that would be great too!!
