Once you have your info prepared, just pay a little extra to have an English proofreader go over it. I agree it's important to have professional-sounding communication--but it's not important that you have perfect English to show people around. Your enthusiasm and knowledge is what's most important! Just invest a little more upfront to make sure your writing is airtight. It'll be worth it.

Thanks for your post here. You have nice idea. So, do you think its good for advertise it online first ? Of course with good english although not perfect one (try with my best effort for make it better or i can ask my friends to make it perfect before publish it)
