I am travelling from Trinidad to Buenos Aires arriving on the 30th of November 2008. I would like to see the game Boca Juniors against Racing Club that evening. I know that i would have to purchase my ticket at the stadium. Any individual or group who will be going to the game and would not mind if i tag along please let me know. I have heard that witnessing Boca Juniors at 'La Bombonera" stadium is fantastic to say the least. Looking forward to enjoying Buenos Aires.

Sweeet.... Dude. I'm jealous.

Most Latin Futbol games have guys outside scalping tickets up until about an hour b4 the game. Even at the Cupa Libratadores in Quito this last year.

Pura Vida, Pura Passion.

I am certain you would enjoy yourself. I am attaching an email I got from someone who may have tickets for the game. It's a bit pricey but cheaper than a lot of others I have been offered. Just make sure the seat is in a good part of the stadium and most of all MAKE SURE IT IS NOT in the section reserved for racing fans........enjoy!!
I'll be in BA on Sunday morning........in time for the game.

This is the last reply i got. The email and phone # of the contact is underneath

hi!
the tickets are 150 peso for 1
gracias

Thanks for your reply. I am sure you are right and since this is the second to last game tickets will be hard to come by. How much are you all selling the tickets for? I may require two tickets for the game depending on the price. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Thank you
sheeraz

I'd be careful at the Boca's match. When I was in BA, i really wanted to watch Boca play but met too many people who had been mugged (with the stewards not helping). Ended up watching River plate and paid to sit in the more expensive seats (very safe and not that much more expensive). Everyone who went to Boca said basically get a taxi to the stadium, get your ticket and go sit down. I really wanted to go but a friend wasnt so keen when we met people who had been roughed up and held up at gun point.

Basically my advice would be to pay for the more expensive seats in the stadium, and dont take anymore money or any cards ect that you dont need.

Good luck and enjoy.

Hi all. Thanks for all the advise and replies. I was fortunate to be in BA on the 30th of November when Boca was playing against Racing. The game was great and the atmosphere just fantastic. I was very fortunate to have met someone online and they got tickets for the game. I could recommend someone if you need to find out. E-mail me. Season is closed for the year I think so next season i'll be there again!!!!

After 2 month in Brasil i´m back in buenos aires.

if you want to see a Boca Match ask me for tikets.

Because by an order of Argentinan Justice Boca cannot sell tikets for the rest of the season because the fight betwen our holigans, but i always have tikets of courtesy. obviously you hace to pay for this one but is better than go to the stadium anda buy a fake tiket !!

see you
