I have a list, but this was the most powerful and keeps me going...

“There is only so much you can learn in one place, there more that you wait the more time that you waste。”

Are you ready to jump。don‘t ever look back。。。 I will work it, I’ll fight till I find a place of my own。

-Madonna
Jump
I was in MACAU, When this song was playing in the Casino。

“I‘ve got no boundaries and no limmit, if its exciting put me in it”
“Don’stop me now, no need to catch my breath, I can go on and on and on。。。”
- Madonna
Give it to Me
I hear this Laos, Thailand, Vietnam- that was almost six months。。。 my theme song for my Southeast Asia tour。

....uhmmm...."she packed my bags last night, preflight. Zero hour, nine a.m."?

But the rocket man never came back! Or... was that Major Tom?

My new travel song is the extended version of Electric Avenue by Eddie Grant. It was playing on the bus a lot!

From Charlene:" I've been to George and California and anywhere I could run..."
and "I've been to Nice and the Isles of Greece..."

That last one reminded me of:

Slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
No need to be coy, Roy
Just listen to me.

You just hop on the bus, Gus
No need to discus much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And set yourself free.

Not exactly on the subject of travel, but it's still about getting up and going...

you can go your own way

Oh, I love that song.

"You can go your own way
Go your own way
You can call it
Another lonely day
You can go your own way
Go your own way.."

For me its Incubus - warning

When she woke in the morning
she knew that her life had passed her by.
And she called out a warning,
"Don't ever let life pass you by."

Tom Petty:

"What lies ahead I have no way of knowing.
But under my feet, baby,
grass is growin'.
Yeah, it's time to move on...
it's time to get going."

Or Norah Jones:

"I put food on the table,
and a roof overhead...
but I'd trade it all tomorrow
for the highway instead..."

"Life is a journey not a destination...." (Aerosmith)

"...a little pale today / Looks like it's time for that certain Holiday" (De-Phazz)

And though lyrics are not really linked to travelling, somehow "Time after time" from Cindy Lauper always matches for some of my trips... ("suitcase surrounding me, time after time...")
