Definitely not in London, or even Europe. The rates they offer here are not as good as in KL. Change it in Malaysia, but not in the airport either. However, you may need to exchange about 20-30 euros first at KUL to pay for the transportation to your hotel/hostel. Once you're in the city, head to the shopping centres and you can find many currency exchange booths.

Agree with the first post, don't buy RM in England, unless you want to buy a few pounds worth to use on your arrival. Malaysian money is not welcome outside of Malaysia, therefore the rates are very bad. I was at Heathrow 1 week ago and they were selling RM for 4.8, here in KL you can get 5.4.
Once you are in Malaysia, go to the money changers rather than the banks to get the best rate. Although now of course the pound has lost so much value.

I totally agreed with Hein, if you are going to KL town, go look for this complex call Sungei Wang. Here you can get the best exchange rate ever. bargain for it... sometime, you can get the best rate in town here...
