Shanghai - Hangzhou - Suzhou route

hi can someone share with me which is the best way to travel to these 3 cities & what transport to take?

i arrive by plane in shanghai. i plan to stay in shanghai for a day or 2 before leaving for the other cities. i have to be back in shanghai for my flight.

I travelled from Shanghai to Hangzhou on the express train which took 1.5 hours. There are regular trains running between the cities but it pays to book in advance as it can get busy, especially at weekends. There are regular buses between Shanghai and Suzhou and I believe that you can get a train from Hangzhou to Suzhou, so you shouldn't have to many problems doing your trip in a loop.
