Going to be in Argentina in December for about 3-4 weeks...Any suggestions for schools that offer crash courses in Tango in BA?

go to bed and breakfast where there are tango classes given everyday.
people in those places are very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy which also helps for a good practice of the language.

My wife and I are visiting BA in three weeks. We found a tango school in the Detroit area (where we live), and are getting some basic lessons. The real advantage to this effort: several school members are from Argentina, Puedo practicar mi espanol, and we are getting lots of information on what to do and see in BA.:)

as djoslin said practising your spanish and at the same time the first steps for tango is an excellent combination. there are many courses in buenos aires, but in the case of people who have done "sth" i recommend taking private clases and not group ones so the teacher can follow the "dancer" at least at the beginning. In all the places where tango is taught there are also private classes for 2.:)
