Hong Kong In Febuari??? Hong- Guillim - Yangshuo - Hong Kong

Hello,
I'm plannning on going to Bali after Xmas to learn how to surf and then keep on travelling to Sumatra etc...and I noticed that some flights (from Sweden) fly by HOng Kong...so I thought,,,,why not take advantage of the stop over?!?!?!
But I've got some questions...

1) Will it be very expensive???
I'm on a budget of approx 5000 Euros 5 motnths flights and everything included =)

2) Will it be too cold?

3) Will it be a duable rountrip in lets say 10 days?

Any other thoughts or ideas?

Hong Kong is a great place to do a stopover at as it is relatively small, very easy to get around and an amazing place!! It is not expensive by European standards but obviously more expensive than the cheaper SEAsia countries. It wont be too cold, I was there last Feb and it was fine, you will need a light jacket but as you are from Sweden you wont have to worry about it being cold!!!! Even a 1 night stopover is worth it as it really is SO SIMPLE to get around that you can see a lot of HK in a very short time.
