I'm from Belfast and I know what you mean about it being windy here. If you want to learn Spanish I would suggest looking at Belfast Met http://www.belfastmet.ac.uk/ which does part-time courses in Spanish. If you've any other questions feel free to ask.

My other half is from Belfast and we head there about once a year or so. It's such a beautiful city! Although the sun rarely comes out when I'm over. Oh, well!

If ever you need help with something, I'll pass the message along and give you any tips I can find!

And welcome to TP!

Im in Belfast - well lm based here dont work in the city and for the last few months lve not really been about that much and for the next 2-3 months it will be much the same - THOUGH l should be home a bit more come April time, then l will get to spent a bit of time home!

I can however definately answer questions or point you in the direction of places to go and see and eat etc or places to get out of the city and see too!
