Head up to the Castle, walk along the Charles bridge. You might wanna check out the views from the mini-Eiffel tower thing which is also surrounded by parklands. There's heaps of cafe's/bars etc. A small communism museum I found pretty cool. Go to the Old Town square (the clock's hourly show is overrated though!).

I'm sure there's a lot more but this is what stuck in my mind after being there

In general it's best just to wonder around and be amazed by the beauty and architecture of the place :)

5 days is plenty - perhaps see if there's any day trips around that you can do.

The mini Eiffel tower thingy has a fernicular railway heading up to it, fab views from up there. Walk back down the hill to a big park, I forget its name but there are good views accross the bridges from there, then cross over back into the Jewish Quarter.

I would recommend a day trip to Cesky Kumlov, take the number 25 bus from Pavlova at 0815, takes about 3 hours, enough time to explore the amazing castle and little cobbled streets before getting a bus back around 16 or 1700.

Have fun!!

Maybe a daytrip do Kutna hora or Karlovy Vary would be nice.
I would recommend the old jewish cemetery, that made a big impression to me.
For the rest indeed the Prague castle, the old town square and the Charles Bridge.
