Does anyone know if there are any places that rent camping gear in Patagonia?
We are interested in doing some camping in several areas, so any place that rents gear would be great!!!

Hi, Don't know if this helps but have just read that there is a camping shop in bariloche called "La Bolsa" telephone 433-431, Diagonal Capraro 1081. Thats all the info i have, hope it helps. Please let us know if you find a rental place. Cheers Davanna |

Puerto Natales has loads and loads of camping shops which do rental equipment and sale, from sleeping bags to tents, to gortex to kayaks. You won't go short. It's a nice wee place and most likely where you will go to if going to the Torres del Paine national park. I'd defo recomend it and the W Trek. I sailed into Puerto Natales from Puerto Montt on the Navimag. Had a fantastic time. |
