iv been reading alot about e-visa and ur regular pick up at the airport visa, and im wondering which is best/easyst, has any one used the e-visa, how was it?.......or should i just wait in the qs at the airport, how long does it normaly take to get one at the airport....
Which country? E-visa works for Vietnam, but the rest of Indochina and Thailand it's a simple procedure and you just get it at the airport. Vietnam's e-visa only works for air arrivals.
Thailand do not have e-Visa service. As a British citizen, you get a 30-day social visit pass upon arrival at the airport. But in the latest immigration rules, ground border checkpoints will only give you 15-day passes (see this thread).
As for Cambodia, they have an official e-Visa service. On top of the US$20 visa fee, you will also have to pay an extra US$5 online processing fee. This is not charged if you get your visa at the checkpoint. Get the e-visa if you want extra convenience and peace of mind of having a visa to enter Cambodia.
