Japan 11 days : Need suggestion in each day

I have planned 11 days program. Need suggestions whether it is too tight, and any places or city that I should add (should not miss). And when should I start for JR- 7 days.

I planned 1 day for Hakone. Should I also go to Mt. Fuji - 5th floor or other side? What is the program around there? Only 5th floor of Mt. Fuji.

Any suggestion for place - Lunch and Dinner ? not too expensive.

Wow, that's a very detailed trip. It's hard for me to critique it because it's so completely opposite of how I plan a trip and I don't know how well this much detail works out once you put it into practice. But I can offer a couple suggestions.
First off is to skip Okayama. I like Okayama, it's a good city, and I've probably visited it 20 times in the last year. But on an 11 day trip, it will not be a highlight by any means. The park is OK, but only OK in my books and you'll find far more interesting things in other places.
Ditto with Osaka. It can be a fun city and there's a couple interesting things to see, but there's little you won't see in Tokyo, and again, on an 11 days trip there's too much to see elsewhere.
But if you do keep these places, it seems silly to me to head to as far as Himeji one day, then back to Kyoto, then to Okayama/Hiroshima the next day, and back to Kyoto. I think it would make more sense to head to Himeji - Okayama - Hiroshima in one day, stay in Hiroshima, and then head back to Kyoto the next day. It'll be less traveling and you'll get to see the Abomb dome at night, which I think is pretty cool. Also, do not leave Hiroshima without eating Okonomiyaki.
Nara is also definitely worth making time for, more so than Okayama or Osaka.
