Hi all, have found a volunteering tour in South Africa for 2 weeks. Consists of working in a big cat zoo with wildlife. Just wondering if anyone has been on a volunteering trip like this and what they thought. There is quite a few guides out there that provide them, has anyone book through them, i to i or real gap. Any advice or info would be great. Cheers.

My friend went to Daktari in the eastern Transvaal in October 2008 and had a great three weeks looking after orphan animals and teaching local kids.
Her photos looked great. I am considering letting my teenagers go there in July.
