Caravan in Byron Bay - Tell me what you think!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Pete & I live near Byron Bay, NSW. (Australia) Here's my idea! I have a great caravan which we use for family holidays only once a year, the rest of the time it sits in the garage not being used. So what if I were to set it up for use at any one of the fantastic Caravan Parks either in Byron Bay or surrounding towns, you come & rent it _all set up & ready to go!
Step straight out of the van onto some of the World's greatest beaches, surf, swim, fish & yet still be walking distance to the town.
The Caravan is really clean & functional, has a large annex, is fully set up with fridge, Gas stove & oven, has one double bed & 2 singles(in annexe) all cooking & eating utensils & we can even provide linen if required.
Surfboards & boogieboards we can also provide.

sounds good. I would put up flyers in hostels around town if I were you. You should have no problem with the amount of people that pass through. If I were looking to rent one I'd rather rent from a person instead of a company. go for it!

This is exactly what i'm looking for what a great idea. Do it and sneak the details this way- i need all the help i can get and know plenty of people in the same boat...as long as the rates are low.
