Hi,
I am going to New Zealand in April for 3 weeks, travelling the north island for 5 days and the south for 12 days.

What kind of clothes do i need to take, and in what quantity as i am only allowed 20kg checked in baggage.

I am hoping to do white water rafting, glacier walking and a sky dive.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Nothing too heavy. On the glaciers they recommend that you don't wear jeans because you'll get wet and they won't dry. I would bring a rain-jacket because it's definitely going to rain and also a few things to layer on and take off through out the day. plus on the glacier walk they give you a jacket it's not huge but added to what you are already wearing and you'll be fine.

In the north it never gets cold, not even in wellington in august. but it does rain a lot.
