hey i'm about to embark on a trip in which i will attempt to cycle through africa from london to cape town through and down the east of africa, then back up to dar es salem to get to india.

does anyone know what nature reserves allow you to cycle through them, i heard of a guy who did ride through some reserves in Tanzania, but i've lost the link . i'm doing this ride on a mountain bike with an engine strapped to it , dunno if that helps, its for charity and i haven't got much money so i'll beg or work where i can , its part of the usp cos , i'm filming the trip for a possible documentary, and i'm now on my own, i was hoping to camp along the way.

The only one that I know of is Hells Gate National Park in Kenya, you can even hire cycles to go around it and there is an abundance of wildlife together with some hot springs. In the dry season you can walk through the cavenous river bed, dodging the boiling water that spouts from its sides as you go. Really lovely place.

Good luck on your journey, sound like a toughie!
