We professionaly dress for work and business entertaining every week and its something we just want to skip on vacation, where can we go with a VERY casual dress environment yet high end lodging and very good restaurant opportunities. So far our favorites are Zinuatenajo, Cabo San Jose and Ambergris Caye, Belize.
We like seaside resorts
We really like to have a neaby town accessible for safe visits for eating, shopping, drinks and some culture
We like good snorkling and fishing opportunities
We do like casual but luxurious environments (example La Casa Que Cana, Zihuatenejo MX or Ladera , St Lucia)
We don't like highly commercialized places (ie Aruba)
We don't like stuffy restaurants or accomodations
We don't like All Inclusives
