Like IMDB have e.g. http://www.imdb.com/user/ur1842581/boards/profile

(Scroll down to bottom of page and hit Page Up)

If you click on "view profile" you can see a list of the last few posts you added to. There's probably a more exhaustive list somewhere, but the overlords will need to link you to that one.

Yep, or you can use one of the other templates and customize it. Basically any of those little blocks can be added/removed from your home page. You can also drag and drop them around if you prefer them on the left or right, higher or lower. Yes, it's pretty cool :)

Cheers high poster Sam I am, I tried doing that, in terms of dragging, but I couldn't ge tit to work :( hence the forum posts.

It should work in all browsers actually. This is an old feature from at least 3 years ago, so tried & tested in IE6 and quite possibly even IE5. Then again, it might not work in something like IE8... To get it to work, put your mouse pointer over the heading of each content block (light green or light blue). It should change into a little hand and you can then drag the blocks around.
