I am in Slovakia and, against all odds *Phil Collins* I have come up with a job for a little while. Thing is, I've been told that there are nothing like laundromats or anyone who does laundry for you in Slovakia.....Any insights into how I do this without scrubbing in the bathroom sink and hanging my stuff all over the room?
Hope to hear from someone before I get really ripe.
Assuming you're in Bratislava, Google came up with a place called Flipper Wash.
AHa! Tricked you! I'm in Kosice! Thanks for the tip, though
I put dry cleaner into google babelfish, it should be "čistiareň".
I had no luck searching čistiareň kosice on google, but a look in the telephone book might work.
Found 2 addresses on the Slovakian "Yellow Pages",
Pri prachárni 4

Thanks T Maia...
But those don't exist. They gave me those addresses at the Tourist Info joint as well. Plus two others.
After checking every lead and searching high and low....I answered my own question.
There is ONE.,
Penguin Dry Cleaners beside the Tesco in the Optima mall waaaaayyyyy at the edge of town has one machine and will do your laundry for you.
The bigger hotels in the area will also do your laundry, if you are jammed. But the fee is exorbitant.
Thanks for helping.
