I'm trying plan a really short, 3 night trip to Mexico in mid March, but I can only spend $400 or less on flight/hotel. I've been searching around for a while and haven't found anything. Anyone have any ideas?

You haven't told us where you are traveling from--which makes all the difference. I can recommend a few good spots from LA for that price, but if you are in Montreal, Canada, then I'd say that you are out of luck.
