I took this trip in Oct 2004. I wondered what the city was called as the first stop after Hanoi?

I took the open tour bus: HaNoi to Hue. Our first stop was Ninh Binh. Several heading for Laos got off there. Not sure if the gov't bus would stop before Ninh Binh or not. |

Aha! I was right! City was poluuted but I went with 2 chefs on bikes and see the countryside, one of the best days ever in my life! Cheers! |
