No point, really, except it feels like some kind of record. Actually, there's still some batter left...

8 pancakes is definitely not a record t. I've managed at least 10 in one sitting, and I'm sure Hien could manage even more....

Hmm. Maybe it's a record for a girl? They were quite yummy. I divided the eggs and whipped up the whites before blending. DElish!

What was the diameter?

It's not always about the size of the prize, Michael!

You certainly have high hopes for me...

Now, does anyone have at least 11 pancakes for me to achieve this?

When is pancake day? We Brits need a really good excuse to eat pancakes so we only ever eat them on one day of the year, and that day is pancake day. Thing is no-one ever knows when pancake day is and sometimes I miss it and have to go another year without a pancake.

Were they crepe-style pancakes or the fluffy ones? I love the crepe-style (not so much for the fluffy ones). This reminds me that it's time to break out the Mickey Waffler again for waffles. Yum!!! Rule of thumb - you have to eat the ears first.
