Travelling after our camp placements...help needed

Hi everyone! My mate and I are doing the Camp Leaders program we finish our camp placements on the 30th August. We will be back in New York 1st of September my questions are: How much money should we budget for each day? We will be staying in or around NY. How far could we travel in two weeks should we only stick to the east coats as flying would eat into our money? Are the hostels any decent in NY? Thanks for all your help. Maybe I'm missing something here, but if your camp placements ends on Aug.30 and you'll be in New York on Sept.1 that two weeks is going to fly by so fast it will seem like only one day. |

My bad... Our camp is in Wisconsin so we are going to go to New York as a starting point for our travels. We are from England. So we will have 2 weeks travelling from the 1 sept? Any suggestions? Cheers |
