Pamplona - budget accommodation

We are hoping to visit pamplona for the bull run on 12-14July 09. We will be travellin from Bilbao, can you advise how is best to travel i.e. hire a car, get train or bus and where would be convenient to stay . Lookin a good deal on double room.

i live in Pamplona so I can tell you the best way to get from Bilbao to Pamplona is by bus :

I takes 1.5 hrs. to arrive to Pamplona.

N.B. this is the best option as Parking during the festival is very limited!!
