Delhi - Bollywood Bars (do they exist?)

Hi there,

Having been in India for over a month I'm now in Delhi and am keen to go to a bar/club which plays Bollywood themed music, both old and new.

I've done a few searches on the internet and also looked on Indiamike and found practially nothing. I have the Lonely Planet and that just seems to list a load of "bars" (some stand alone places others in upmarket hotels) but with no reference to Bollywood music.

I'm about to purchase one of the many magazines that show entertainment listings for Delhi in the hope that something jumps out. I'd love to know from anyone can recommend a place or do local people think such places are not cool?!

Hi cheekyvee,

I can't recommend any bars but if you go to cafes in Khan Market in South Delhi you would see a lot of young people. If you can start a conversation with them, they would definitely know places.
